Shipping

Shipping is free Australia-wide on orders of $49.00 or more (your cart subtotal after any bundle or multi-buy savings, before gift card or referral codes). We deliver within Australia only. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

For orders under $49.00, shipping is a flat charge for the order equal to our courier cost to your postcode for the items in it. It's shown in your cart as soon as you enter your postcode, before you pay.

Some remote postcodes cost more to reach, so they add a flat $14.95 delivery surcharge per order, including orders with free shipping. It's also shown in your cart before you pay. Remote postcodes: 0800-0999,4825-4895,6431-6799,7151,7215.

Free gifts and add-on items ship with your order at no extra shipping charge.

Items may arrive in separate parcels from different warehouses, and the sender label may show our supplier's name.

Tracking details are emailed when your order ships.
